Terms and Conditions of MandalaHearts

Welcome to MandalaHearts (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our mobile application, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, you must not use the app.

1. Eligibility

• You must be 16 years or older to use MandalaHearts.
• By using the app, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and are legally allowed and obliged by law to register and use our app in your jurisdiction.

2. What We Are Not

MandalaHearts is not a spiritual organization, teaching body, or provider of meditation, yoga, or spiritual guidance. All content is generated by users. Any insights gained from posts, spiritual masters, or other content are for personal exploration only. Use the app at your own risk and discretion.

3. Account Registration

• To use MandalaHearts, you must sign in using Google or email.
• You are responsible for providing accurate information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for any activity under your account.

4. Content and Usage

• You can create posts with images and captions and add spiritual masters to the app.
• All posts are public and visible to other users.
• You must not post content that is illegal, offensive, harmful, or infringes on someone else’s rights.
• We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms, is deemed inappropriate, or does not align with the purpose of MandalaHearts.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content you create and upload belongs to you.
• By posting on MandalaHearts, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the app.
• The MandalaHearts app, branding, and software are owned by us and protected under copyright and intellectual property laws.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of MandalaHearts is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. You are responsible for the information you provide and how you share it publicly.

7. Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account at any time. All your personal/profile data (email, country, DOB, bio, profile image) will be removed and will no longer be visible to other users. Some older data may remain temporarily due to technical reasons but will be removed subsequently.

MandalaHearts is not responsible for any problems, disputes, or issues arising in your personal life due to your use of the app or interactions with other users. You use the app at your own risk.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in harmful or illegal activity. Termination does not affect your obligations regarding content you have shared or data already collected.

11. Disclaimers

MandalaHearts is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MandalaHearts will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted in the app with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nepal.
